Terms of Service Agreement
Please read and accept the terms below to start creating your images.
The Objektify Service provides features to generate various images through user inputs and share them with other users. Users bear full legal responsibility for all images and content generated through this Service.
All images and content generated through the Service are automatically uploaded to the server. By using the Service, Users understand and agree that the images they create may be viewed, downloaded, and reused by third parties. Furthermore, Users are obligated to ensure that their generated images do not infringe upon the copyrights, privacy, or other rights of others.
All images generated by Users within the Service may be viewed by the Service developers and operators. This right is exercised for the purposes of maintaining service quality, managing inappropriate content, and other operational reasons. While developers have access to view User images, they will not leak them externally or use them without authorization.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that any images, prompts, and related content you generate or upload may be used by the Service Provider for the purposes of operating, developing, maintaining, improving, and enhancing the Service. This includes, without limitation, use for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and improving artificial intelligence and machine learning models. Such use may involve reproduction, modification, analysis, and incorporation into datasets or models, in accordance with applicable laws. Where applicable, reasonable measures will be taken to protect user data, including data minimization and security safeguards. If you do not agree to this use of your content, you must not use the Service.
Content generated or shared within the Service that is deemed inappropriate or illegal may be deleted at the discretion of the Service operator, and the usage rights of the User who generated or shared such content may be restricted. Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to, content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or legally problematic.
Users bear full responsibility for all images and content they generate or share. In the event that an image generated by a User infringes on the rights of others or causes legal issues, the User shall bear all resulting liabilities. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for any legal disputes arising from the use of the Service.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service without prior notice. No separate compensation will be provided to Users regarding such changes, suspension, or termination.
User personal information is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy operated by the Service Provider. Only personal information necessary for Service usage is collected, and collected information is protected under applicable laws.
The Service Provider may restrict Service usage without prior notice if a User violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate behavior. The restoration of Service access is at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time if necessary. Revised Terms will require User re-consent, and upon agreement, the revised Terms will take immediate effect. If a User does not agree, they may not use the Service. Continued use of the Service implies agreement to the revised Terms.
The Service Provider bears no legal responsibility for images and content generated by Users, and Users are solely responsible for any legal issues that may arise from using the Service. Additionally, the Service Provider is not liable for technical issues, errors, or data loss that may occur during the use of the Service.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the Service Provider's headquarters are located, and all disputes related to the use of the Service shall be handled by the competent court of that jurisdiction.
